The Fira Orígens de Olot, one of the favorite events of gourmets in Catalonia, is about to start. The great agri-food event will be held on November 19 and 20 at the Olot Fairgrounds and, as always, will have local products as protagonists.
During a weekend, producers and chefs will offer tastings, workshops, live cooking, conferences and sales of agri-food products. It is a reference event that every year offers the opportunity to discover new local and high-quality proposals.
This year will be the 10th edition of the Fair and many new developments are expected for the occasion.
